For longer destinations into CBD, north Brisbane or travelling to the Gold Coast – the train is a more efficient means of travel. Hop aboard the Brisbane city train from train station Cannon Hill Station by using bus route 232. Train leaving this station include Cleveland, Shorncliffe, and Manly. Another closeby station is in the neighbouring suburb, Morningside which hosts the Cleveland, Shorncliffe and Manly trains. You can get to Morningside station by using bus routes:230, 232, or 235.

Or if travelling south, or to the Gold Coast, take the bus route 232 to Southbank station and then take the Varsity Lakes southbound train. If travelling north, travel into the city again in route 232, but choose Airport train or Brisbane City train depending on your destination.

Public Transport Bulimba is a great option for when travelling by aeroplane. A little over an hour of travel and you’re at Brisbane Airport, carefree and saving money on parking for more important things like drinks, good food and buying yourself that expensive souvenir. Simply take bus route 232 in Bulimba to Southbank Station in CBD and head on Airport train to be at the airport ready for your next destination!
