Gemma – Three little ones and would like to walk to Balmoral State School.  City views are a must have.  Prefer bedrooms all on one level.  Big deck for lots of entertaining.  Looking around $2m but may be able to go a little higher for perfection

Kym – Anywhere with city views, needs a pool, 4 bedrooms plus, room for kids and grandkids to visit from overseas – lots of entertaining space.  Up to $3.2m but not to many stairs, sloping block is fine as long as garaging is level with living areas, or home has a lift

Kieran – Vacant land up to $1m for a new contemporary home, Hawthorne, Bulimba and Balmoral all of interest depending on block size, happy with a smaller block if closer to Oxford Street or a City Cat terminal

Cathy – Up to $1.2m for a minimum 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, preferable with lots of storage for camping & boating gear.  Balmoral, Bulimba or Hawthorne.  Structurally sound but happy to do cosmetic work.  Minimum land 405 square meters
